Daniel has been working in the international Finance sector for the duration of his career. This included over decade at the Big 4 advisory firm EY. & trading platforms in large financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Bank. Daniel worked over 10 years in London. Daniel has been working with blockchain since 2014 where he joined EY Switzerland as a partner. Between 2017 & 2019 he was the CEO of Swisscom Blockchain AG delivering services and solutions in blockchain and tokenization. Daniel is also the current president of the Crypto Valley Association.
Justin Smith was the technical architect for digital asset and crypto-finance infrastructure projects, He is an expert in payments and settlement as well as wallet privacy and access for digital assests. His track record includes the X Wallet and Z Wallet projects. Justin has been coding in crypto commerce solutions since 2013. Previously he spent over a decade of professional experience working for firms including John Deere, Caterpillar, and Wolfram Research.
Quentin began his career in Geneva in Financial Services. For the last several years the HEC graduate has been establishing the Sino-Swiss Blockchain Ecosystem. In his role as a project manager for SwissNex, he has been the financial advisor for multiple blockchain start-ups in Europe and China. Fluent in Mandarin and Chinese business culture he is integrated in both ecosystems and has been critical to investments into key blockchain infrastructure and platform projects.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Zurich (UZH), focusing on the area of peer-to-peer systems and Cloud storage, where he also contributed to his first blockchain project in 2013. Guil acquired broad industry experience in projects at Swisscom, Hewlett-Packard, and multiple start-ups. He is an active and respected technical advisor in the Swiss blockchain scene, being on the advisory board of several well-known blockchain companies. Guil actively contributes to public blockchain's projects and is the author of open-source software tools used by crypto exchanges.
